Delivery Information

We’re proudly based in Ashburton, New Zealand, and every Tizmo Toy is printed, packaged, and shipped directly from our studio to your door.

Fulfilment Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates (New Zealand Only)

We use NZ Post Overnight Courier Bags for fast, tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand.
Shipping is a flat rate based on your address type:

Urban $8.00
Rural $15.00

📦 Please ensure you select the correct shipping type at checkout.
If you select urban but your address is rural, we’ll email you to settle the difference before we can ship your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive in 1–2 working days for urban areas, and 2–4 working days for rural addresses.

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas or public holidays.

Local Pickup (Ashburton)

We offer local pickup for customers in the Ashburton area.
To use this option:

  1. Enter the code PICKUP at checkout to remove shipping costs.

  2. After your order is placed, please email us at [email protected] to arrange a pickup time.

Please note: We currently do not have a public-facing store, so pickup is by appointment only.

Sustainable Packaging

We care about the planet just as much as playtime!

All Tizmo Toys orders are shipped using compostable courier bags supplied by R3pack, a trusted New Zealand packaging company. These bags are designed to break down in home compost systems — simply pop them in with your food scraps and garden waste.

Inside each courier bag, your toys are carefully packed in NZ-sourced durable cardboard boxes for added protection during transit. We also use recyclable paper padding around the toys to ensure they stay snug and safe.

Both the cardboard box and the packing paper can be recycled through your household recycling system — no plastic, no fuss!

We're proud to keep our packaging eco-conscious while still delivering a fun and secure unboxing experience.
