Refund and Returns Policy

At Tizmo Toys, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care in designing and printing every toy, and we hope you’ll love what you receive. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned — so here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of 3D printing and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll happily make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A full or partial refund

  • A store credit, depending on the situation

3. Returns Process (if approved)

  • If we request a return of an item:

    • It must be returned in its original condition, unused and with any packaging if applicable.

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

    We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive returned items without proof of postage.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Custom or Licensed Items

Some of our toys are based on licensed designs that we are authorised to print and sell under commercial licence. These are still subject to our standard return terms above.
