What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, with Afterpay being added soon. Bank transfer can be arranged by request — just get in touch before placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. From there, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days via NZ Post Courier. You’ll receive a tracking code once your parcel is on the way.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! If you're based in Ashburton, you’re welcome to collect your order. Use the code PICKUP at checkout for free shipping, and we’ll be in touch to organise a collection time.
