  • Product images and colours may vary slightly due to the nature of 3D printing and screen differences.

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or external events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please see our Return Policy for full details on how to request a return, replacement, or refund.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, original designs, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Tizmo Toys and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Some products may be based on third-party designs which we are legally licensed to produce and sell under valid commercial licences. These products remain the intellectual property of their original creators and are used with permission.

8. Limitation of Liability & Safety Disclaimer

Tizmo Toys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our website or products.

While our toys are printed with care and intended for safe play, they may contain small parts.
⚠️ Warning: Choking Hazard — not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Toys should be used under adult supervision and are not designed for use by infants or toddlers.
